Your timeline
Class of 2027 · you're in senior year. Check things off as you go — it saves.
Offers, visits, and decisions. Keep your file current through the spring; plenty of roster spots open late as programs manage the new scholarship limits.

One official visit per school; Division I no longer caps the total (since 2023). Check your division's current NCAA rules before planning. Ask about scholarship structure, roster size, and how they handle the House settlement money.
Even for athletic money — most aid packages combine athletic, academic, and need-based dollars.
Late-cycle openings are real. A coach who checks your link in April should see April.

When coaches can reach you
The same rules a college coach's compliance log enforces, dated for the Class of 2027. You can email coaches any time — these are the dates they can respond, call, and host you. NAIA and junior-college programs aren't governed by these dates.
NCAA core-course tracker
Enter completed core courses by category. D1 and D2 both require 16; D3 sets its own admission standards. This tracks progress — only the NCAA Eligibility Center certifies it.

eligibilitycenter.org — a free Profile Page account is fine until a D1/D2 coach asks you to upgrade to Certification.

Coach verification
Ask your high school or travel coach to confirm your profile is accurate. They get a link, add their name, and "Verified by Coach …" appears on the report college coaches see. No account needed on their end.
What this actually confirms: your coach is personally vouching that they know you and your profile looks right to them — not that Sightline re-checked every number. Everything else on your profile, including anything pulled from a photo or screenshot upload, stays labeled self-reported until a coach specifically confirms it here.

Every time your report link is opened, it shows up here — fictional example rows below.
A view means someone opened your link — not that a program is recruiting you.
Family view
Give a parent a read-only link to your report, targets, and coach activity — no login for them, and you can revoke it anytime.
